Cucumber-Mint Yogart 

  • 3 cups plain yogurt – ideally Greek yougurt.
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves or 2 t dried
  • 1/4 cup green onions (green part only), sliced
  • 1/2 t salt, or to taste

Instructions: 

It’s as easy as it gets!   Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend very briefly,on the lowest speed so that small cucumber pieces remain.
