Darling, are we really discussing anything other than Italian white wines? They are, after all, the epitome of sophistication and class. Trust me on this. Because as you’ve seen on my Insta, I drink a lotta wine.
Let’s start with the crème de la crème, shall we? The best of the best, if you will.
- Vermentino – This light and crisp wine is simply divine. The citrus notes are like a symphony on the palate, and it’s the perfect accompaniment to a summer day spent lounging on a yacht, don’t you know? Vermentino also makes great bags and shoes…..
- Gavi – This wine from the Piedmont region is the epitome of elegance. Its clean, delicate flavor is a soft white flower, but with alcohol.
- Pinot Grigio – A classic, my dear. Light and crisp with hints of green apple and pear, it’s the perfect choice for those who prefer a more understated white wine. Lots of places make Pinot Grigio, but why Buy a Buick when you can Fabulicize a Ferrari?
- Soave Classico – A wine of true refinement and a fun word to say….. try it. Say it really loud so that others around you know that you are a person of refinement. Even cooler is saying the name of the rape that makes it: Garganega, which actually sounds like a sinister character from Guardians of The Galaxy. Soave Classico is the perfect choice for a dinner party or a romantic evening.
- Greco di Tufo – This wine is a true gem, with its rich and complex flavor profile. A must-try for any wine connoisseur.
- Fiano di Avellino – A wine of uncommon grace, Fiano di Avellino is a true masterpiece. The rich and full-bodied flavor is truly unforgettable.
- Arneis – This wine from the Piedmont region is like a breath of fresh air. Light and crisp, with hints of citrus and floral notes, it’s the perfect choice for a spring day.
- Pigato – This wine from the Liguria region is a true standout. With its rich and bold flavor, it’s a must-try for those who love a bold and full-bodied white wine.
- Vernaccia di San Gimignano – This wine from the Tuscany region is a true work of art. The rich and complex flavor is the result of centuries of winemaking tradition.
- Grechetto – This wine from Umbria is simply stunning. The light and crisp flavor is the perfect choice for a summer day, and the bright, citrusy notes are a true delight.
So there you have it, darling. The best of the best when it comes to Italian white wines. I do hope you’ll give them a try. You won’t be disappointed, I assure you.
